I am an ENT consultant employed in my NHS role at the Ulster Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital. I have been a consultant in Northern Ireland for 22 years having initially trained in Belfast and London. I still maintain a large NHS practice but also have weekly clinics at the Ulster Independent Clinic. I am a former president of the Irish ENT Society, former chief question writer for the UK exit examination in ENT, former programme director for ENT training in NI and current senior examiner in the final exit examination in ENT
My current practice consists of most paediatric ENT Complaints with an additional specialist interest in adult nasal disorders. In addition I see a wide range of ENT complaints ranging from hearing and balance disorders to most general adult ENT problems.
In addition I have a 15 year history of medicolegal practice with experience of providing reports for the courts in a wide range of ENT complaints, but in particular noise induced hearing loss.
